Scrapbooking: First Family Photo
Having raised stickers that are already layered can come in very handy, it just calls for a little bit of matching of colours & style to create a scrapbook page.

Scrapbooking: Indoor Play
I love My Minds Eye Lost & found paper ranges. They are so pretty & such good quality that I sometimes find that I dont really need to add much to them to complete a page. this was one of those pages.
All I have added is the photos, clouds & a title. Even the journalling is written straight onto the page.

Scrapbooking: Keeping Cool.
I'm not very good at layering, my pages usually end up looking a mess and rather confused, but I keep practicing and sometimes I like what i see. This is just such an occasion.

Scrapbooking: Soft Play
One of the Scrapology Challenges for December is S for Splicing, a lovely sketch based on Miki Krueger's scrapbook layout.
With so many colours in the photo I had of Kai at Soft Play it gave me a wide range to choose from & potentially use on the page.
(I have blanked out a couple of words under the title to give us a little bit of privacy).

What to give a Harry Potter Fan?
Some of you may know that my friend Ruth is a huge Harry Potter fan so I wanted to make her some Hp themed pressies for christmas.
Having recently decorated a jewellery box (HERE) I thought a similar item would work well..... it worked very well.

I think this is the best thing I've ever altered / made / decorated. I was so please after it had been covered, painted (multiple times) masked, aged, stamped, varnished.
Of course you cant leave such a box empty so inside went....

Happy New Year!!!!
Who knows what the following year will bring, I do know that I'll be sharing with you more scrapbook pages, foodie makes, jewelry and anything else I turn my hand to in the name of crafts :)
I do hope this year will bring you great fun, laughter and (as much of a cliche as it might sound) joy.
