Yes, you're right about the front. You could try adding some of the yarn, to make a balloon string and a red bow to "tie" the balloon. Just for some contrast... and the name on the balloon, or across the bottom? But the inside is fabulous!! Love that bunch of balloons. So tactile and exciting! It's a lovely card, K!
I really like this...but see what you mean about it needing a "little something" - recipient's name would just add that final touch..:D
